all rental requests must to be scheduled at least with 48 hours of anticipation
if a renter should need to rent equipment in less than 48 hour’s time, they may still have the ability to do so by contacting you directly with their specific requests so you may appropriately determine whether you are able to fit in/fulfill their specific need(s)
